Terms of Service
Room4, LLC
Tokyo, Japan
Last updated: September 2026. Draft for legal review.
1. What these terms cover
Room4, LLC (“Room4,” “we,” “us”) is a Tokyo creative studio. These terms apply when you use room4.net, book a Drop Audit, work with us on Drop Engine, or come to an EP event.
If we sign a separate agreement with you, that agreement wins where the two disagree.
2. Drop Audit
The Drop Audit costs ¥98,000, paid before the session. We tear down your last drop — funnel, creative, page, numbers — and hand you the fix list. It is yours to keep.
The fee is credited toward Drop Engine if you sign. Once the audit has been delivered it is not refundable.
3. Drop Engine
Drop Engine is one 90-day drop cycle: direction, production, launch and reporting, done by one team. Setup fee, monthly retainer and the share of ad spend are set in your signed agreement.
Two promises are public. First creatives are live within 14 days of signing, or month one is 50% off. And we work free until the drop sells out, on the terms defined in your agreement.
We take one new brand a month. Cohort pricing rises 10% each quarter; the price in your agreement is locked for its term.
4. What we need from you
Product, brand book, and access to the accounts we run for you. Approvals within the times set in the launch calendar.
Delays on your side move the calendar. They do not cancel our promises, but the 14-day clock starts when we have what we need.
5. Ad spend and platforms
Media spend is paid by you to the platforms unless your agreement says otherwise. We run the accounts; we do not control the platforms. Outages, policy changes and account reviews on Meta, Instagram, LINE or email providers are outside our control.
6. Who owns what
You own your product, your brand, and the final deliverables once they are paid for.
We own our methods, templates and the Drop Playbook. You keep a licence to use the Playbook for your own brand.
We may show the work in our portfolio, on room4.net and on Instagram, unless you tell us in writing not to.
7. EP events
Tickets are sold through the ticket platform under its own terms. Entry is 20+ only and photo ID may be requested. We can refuse or end entry to anyone whose behaviour puts other guests, staff or the venue at risk, without refund.
Photos and video are taken at every EP and may be published. Tell staff on the night if you do not want to be photographed.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your numbers, plans and unreleased product private. You keep our pricing, playbooks and reports private. This holds after the work ends.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost data.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Japanese law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
11. Changes and contact
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Questions: hello@room4.net.
